Baggage shall be handed over by the passenger for carriage and issued to him/her upon arrival in the airport of destination. If a passenger wishes so, he/she may take no more than 5 kg of baggage to the aircraft cabin as carry-on (hand) baggage. A passenger shall keep valuables, money and documents with him/herself.
Should the weight of your baggage ecxeed its free allowance, such baggage shall be carried on a paid basis as overweight baggage . Should the allowable dimensions be ecxeeded, the baggage shall be carried on the conditions of transportation of oversize and heavy baggage .
Special baggage transportation standards are applied to the carriage of animals and birds, sports equipment, fragile and valuable baggage.
Passengers should pay attention to the restrictions of baggage transportation and to the customs rules of goods and currency importation and exportation to/from the RF.
«Rossiya airlines» OJSC shall be liable for loss, shortage of or damage to baggage from the moment of acceptance for carriage and until the issue to the recipient.
In case of loss of or damage to checked-in baggage you should contact the agent of the Lost & Found group at the airport.
