Passenger manual for on-line booking at Rossiya – Russian Airlines website
At Rossiya – Russian Airlines website passengers have an opportunity to book a trip and to pay for it either by credit card or by cash. In case of paying by cash you need to apply to Rossiya – Russian Airlines sale offices to receive your ticket.
The procedure of on-line booking is very easy and takes about 15 minutes. To book a trip you need to make several steps as follows:
Please pay attention that for booking a trip you need passenger passport information and your credit card data in case of paying by a credit card!
Search
To start a booking please choose your departure and destination cities, date of departure, number of passengers and the office for receiving actual information then click on «Select». Default search conditions are set for the period of +/-3 days from the chosen date. You may also search a flight on exact date but if there is no flight on the schedule on this day you will be offered to modify your search criteria.
Flights
At the next page in case of searching a flight for the period of +/-3 days from the chosen date you are offered the lowest fare available on each day (without taking into consideration fare application rules). When you choose the departure and the return flights the total price of your trip will be calculated automatically. To view another available on each day fares click on «Select». Here you have an opportunity to change the price of your ticket according to fare application rules, which you can read clicking on the title of the fare. You will see the complete information of the booked trip after you click on «Select».
Review
If you agree with the chosen conditions then click on «Traveller details». To change the conditions click on «Start over».
Travellers
At page «Travellers» it is required to fill in the passenger information in English (mandatory fields marked with the asterisk sign «*»): first and last names and contacts (existing e-mail). Please click on «Purchase» to move to the next step.
Purchase
At this page it is required to introduce passenger’s identity card numbers (passports, birth certificates, etc). Before confirming your trip you are advised to read the “Contract of carriage”. Then click on «Confirm trip». At the next page you are offered to choose form of payment: either credit card or cash. For paying on-line at our website the following credit card kinds are acceptable: VISA, MasterCard, Diners Club, JCB, American Express. Paying by credit card (in case of successful authorization) you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your booking reference number and a confirmation of successful authorization. Paying by cash - you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your booking reference number and the notification that it is necessary during 24 hours to apply to the before chosen Rossiya – Russian Airlines sale office to pay for your trip, otherwise your booking will be cancelled.
Reservation
Finally you see the complete information of the booked flight including the booking reference number.
